Heyma was founded by Lisa Öhlén and Jenny Dahlgren—two mothers who, during their maternity leave, grew frustrated with the limited and impractical options for nursing wear. They noticed that most maternity and nursing clothes were designed for short-term use, often ending up forgotten in the back of the wardrobe.
