Shipping
We ship your order from Sweden and currently only within Sweden. Your order will be shipped with DHL within 48 hours of purchase, and you will receive a tracking number. Shipping is free of charge.
Payment
We use Stripe for secure payment and checkout.
Need to return something?
Contact us via email at hello@heyma.se to request a return form and instructions for your return.
Please note:

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order (to avoid shipping delays and the risk of the item being out of stock) and returning your original purchase for a refund.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns. If your return is lost and no tracking information is available, we will not be able to process a refund.

Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.

Any returned items not shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery will be invalidated, and you must contact us again for your return to be approved.
General Terms
You always have the right of withdrawl within 14 days of receipt of the order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition as when you received it.

Unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging.

In a resaleable condition.

Free from strong odors (e.g., perfume or cigarettes) or stains (e.g., deodorant or body cream).

Unwashed.

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns that do not meet our return policy will not be refunded and will be sent back to the customer with an additional shipping fee.

How soon will I receive my refund?
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you if your refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at hello@heyma.se if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and correct it promptly. We appreciate receiving a photo of any defects as soon as they are noticed to speed up the evaluation process.
